The maintenance of the jerseys' printing: 

1. All hot press printings, don't put in washing machine and dehydration, please hand wash. Don't use washing powder or boiled water for a long time; don’t scrub the position of printings.

2. Don't put the printing facing the sun exposure when air is basked in jerseys, accurate method is to put the jersey in turn, air is basked in. This helps to maintain the printing.

3. Hanging jerseys up to avoid number wreck a when you don’t use the jerseys. Try not to fold for storage.

4. If printing seal number appear cock part falls off phenomenon, Please do not stick with a smooth plastic paper or wax paper (such as: double-sided adhesive tape front and back) in the number and the font on the cover, 6-10 seconds with a hot iron, if found not strong, then hot again, and an appropriate extension of time stamping. Special Note: Do not let the iron in direct contact numbers and letters.

Notice: The default printing will use the official style printing, If you need the stronger printing can wash in the machine, please contact and info us to use the Carve Offer set Printed which is not official style.

2. How is the quality?
RE:
There are two qualities  (1) AAA (Thailand) quality and A+ quality.  Thailand quality (AAA) is Thailand style soccer jersey, fabric and all details are as the same 1:1 according to authentic jerseys.  (2)A+ quality is china top quality, all details as the same authentic jersey, the A+ is not better than AAA, but also high quality.
They are both top grade quality with embroidery logo and new original tags.  

3. How to make an order?

(1) Order Online: Using our shopping cart: As you browse our product pages, click the "Add this to my cart" link. Please write to us what goods you want with sizes, colors and quantities. When you are done shopping, review the items in your shopping cart, make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process.
(2)Order by US Mail: Down the Jersey Order Model.xls, To Do your order, send it to our sales manager – wholesale-soccer-jersey168@hotmail.com

4. How about the shipping cost?

RE:

We usually ship them through Express post:EMS, DHL, China Post & HongKong Post etc.The shipping cost based on weight and your location.

5. How long can I receive my soccer jerseys?
RE:
After we receive the payment, we will send out the items within 3 days.

CHina/Hongkong Post:USA,Canada,UK,Australia,France 6-13 days
                    Mexico and Spain,Italy,etc.Western Europe 15-25 days
                    Russia and Brazil etc.South America 25-55 days
                    The other country: 20-45 days

EMS deliver: 5-10 days (Default shipping way)
DHL deliver: 4-7 days (If you want faster, you can choose ship by DHL , but need to add some more cost for it.)

6. How can I know my order status?

Once we send the jerseys, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your shoes until they reach you.

7. Can I order a piece as sample?
RE:
Yes, you are welcome to order a piece before placing bulk order. We will send the soccer jersey directly to your door by EMS.

8. How can I return a faulty item?
Return Policy:

We will give a full resend or refund when the item you receive is different from the description or not satisfied with your jerseys. A resend or Refund will be given after the item is received back to us It must be noted within 3 days of receipt. You must contact us before shipping any items back.
